Twin weights - fun thread!

I had Identical twin boys August 30Th 2011. They were not supposed to be born until November 26Th. So, I was 27 weeks when I had them due to complications. "Diastolic Flow". Daniel weighed 2lbs 11oz and Noah weighed 1lb 11oz. Daniel was in the NICU for Three months and Noah was in the NICU for Eight months. Noah came off his oxygen over a month ago. He still has a feeding tube. He doesn't like to eat :/ I am hoping he will change that very soon so we can get rid of his feeding tube!

My B/G twins were born at 35 wks 6 days. He weighed in at 6 lbs. 14 oz and she weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz. They were extremely healthy, spent no time in NICU and we all went home 2 days later!
My oldest daughter was born at just under 39 weeks and weighed 8 lbs 11 oz.

Whoa! You are super mommy!
My B/G twins were delivered via repeat section at 36wks, 5days. Boy was 6lbs 4 oz and Girl was 5lbs even.I just kept praying she came out 5lbs so she wouldn't get transferred and that they could come home together. So she was listening :)
I carried my older son a day less than the twins, (36wks, 4days) and he was 7lbs, 3oz. He would have been around 9lbs had he gone full term.

OMG well done you and carrying such healthy weight babies!!

My identical boys were 5lbs 13 and 4lbs 13 born via c-section at 36+4, they are now 3 months old.

I had my boys at a little over 34 weeks and they were 5lbs 10oz and 4lbs 13 oz. I got to take one home before the other and I hated that!! 9 days and 12 days in the NICU.

I had my son at 41 weeks and he was 10lbs 14 oz.
I had twin daughters 3 yrs later at 38 weeks (had to be induced) 6 lbs 1 oz, and 5 lbs 12 oz.

My twin girls are all grown up but when they were born by c section at 38 weeks they were 6 lbs 13 oz and 7lbs 5 oz. they are turning 26 in a months time.

wowzers you had some big babies! good job, mama!

all the ultrasounds showed much larger babies - so much so that the docs were trying to prepare me for a c-section but my guys both weighed in at 5lb15oz at 37w. they were 24 and 25lbs at their 12 month check up.

My girl 3lb 5 and my boy 3lb 14 at 32 +1 weeks. My singleton girl was 6lb 3 full term. My twins are now 12 and my son is taller than me and my daughter is not much shorter. My youngest has just turned 8.

I had a couple little beef cakes, too. My (38 wk) boys weighed in at 8 lbs 3 oz and 6 lbs 4 oz. Now, at 19 months, they are 5 lbs different at 20 and 25 lbs! Both healthy, just very different body types.

I had mine 5 weeks ago and little man weighed 6lb 9oz and little lady weighed 7lb I was 37wks when I had them and thought they were massive for twins.

My older 2 were 8lb1.5oz and 8lb11oz so guess if I had been left to get to 40wks the twins would've been bigger than them lol

Nope, my boys weren't huge at birth. They were 4 lbs 11 oz and 5 lbs 12 oz, at 34w2d.

Holy Moly mom now there is some big babies ;) My babies weighed in at 6 pounds 9 and 6 pounds 8 @ 39 weeks. Definetaly not "exceptionaly large" but happy healthy babes. My first pregnancy a singleton weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces @ 39 weeks and the twins u/s put them in very high percentiles for gestational age making us think they might be in the 7 pound + range but you know how u/s is an estimation not an exact weight. Congrats on healthy twins!
