Well over a period of time reflux may cause damage to the esophagus from stomach acids. For the sake of the comfort of the babies I would have it checked out ASAP.

Yea that sounds like reflux. My guy would stiffen up, arch his back and cry. We had to use similac alimentum and it was night and day. Tell your pediatrician what his symptoms are and see what you can do.

Talk to your pediatrician before you do anything. Infants are not supposed to have rice cereal before 4 months. It most definitely could be sensitivity to formula, acid reflux if something else. When my son had reflux he would cry and cry and cry at night when he would eat. He would keep eating and scream. Before you loose your sanity, make an appt ASAP and talk to a doctor. There are meds did reflux and even changing to a different formula may help.

sounds like it could be one of a few things... it could be acid reflux, it could be a growth spurt, teething or a milk allergy. it could also possibly be an ear infection.. your best bet is if it keeps up take them to see the doctor.. if it just seems like they are hungary try to add a teaspoon of rice cereal in their bottles. it will help thicken it up and keep them fuller longer plus if its a reflux issue it could help that out too.. i started my twins on rice cereal when they were 6 weeks old cause we were doing 4-6 oz bottles every hour round the clock.. once we started it we were almost instantly able to go about 4-5 hour stretches at a time..
good luck and know your not alone.. we all have been or are right there with you.

Are the Twin teething? Maybe they could have a food allergy which makes their tummies upset or they could have a cold which makes babies scream
