Hi Guys,
I know everyone on this forum probably doesnt have any time in the world to read a book lol but I thought that i would try and liven the club up a bit! Is anyone reading a good book? Does anyone watch the TV book club on channel 4? Do you have a book list for this year?
Maybe we should all invest in one book and discuss it...one chapter at a time lol

I'm reading Simon Beckett's "Whispher of the Dead" just read a few chapters so far.
I've been a bookworm all my life-hence the speed, but reading is fun only if you can relax and enjoy the time you having doing that, even if its only ten minutes at bedtime.

my gosh Farrah where do you find the time...i think i better get some time management skills off you lol. So which books are you on now? im still working my way through the house at Riverton...but i have to say it doesnt drag as some reviewers have said it would. Its more of a biography really, about one woman's life as a housemaid and the secret world of relationships between servants and those you lived in the house.

I love reading and read upto 6-8 books a week these days. Don't follow any tv book clubs but have read a lot of awesome books.
Recommended reads : "Disobedience" Naomi Alderman
"Three Cups of Tea" Greg Mortenson
I read, whatever I fancy although am veering to American crime literature these days. Not sure if that's any help.
