If your the father of a child you don't have custody of and you are required by law to pay child support and you become in arrears because of lack of work, the state treats you like a dead beat father. But if you are the mother and required to pay child support and you REFUSE the state does nothing about it, acts like 'Oh you poor woman' how is that fair? I honestly don't think it's fair. Whether you are the father or the mother and are required to pay you should be treated in fairness by the state. Any opinions?
