I havnt tried Mothers Milk Tea but I have used Motherlove More Milk Plus and Lactation Support from Whole Foods. They work wonders. Fenugreek is actually what they use to make maple syrup so if you take enough of it it will make your urine & your sweat smell like maple.

I did and it help me. I also tried fenugreek which is about the same thing but cheaper. I have noticed withe tea the my urine smells like maple syrup which I hated so I did the fenugreek more then the tea.
