Not usre if you're still needing ideas. We did a piniata, a craft table with colouring, stickers, paper, glue sticks, sparhly glue, pom-poms, etc. from the $ store. I also made home made modelling clay so the kids to all make something to take home to dry.
1 cup salt
2 cups flour
1 cup Water
1 1/2 tsp. veg. oil
We've used this lots, it's great. You can add a food colouring or leave it and paint it after it dries.
Air dry for a couple days or in the oven @ 200* for 45 min. - 1 hour.

When my girls were little they just loved finger painting. I bought a couple cheap shower curtains from the dollar store and a bunch of big canvas boards from the dollar store and then just let them go at it.. they had a blast, was messy though, so prewarned all the parents to dress the kids in clothes they did not mind getting dirty. Another game we played was buried treasure, each little one got a little shovel and we buried little bags of treats and dollar store toys in the sand and garden, they had a blast digging them up.. :)
