I am in Yorktown. It's just me and my daughter. We are currently living with my family since I separated from my husband last year. I don't really have any friends so I'd like to find some people that might like to get together offline. My daughter is 14 and has Asperger's Syndrome. So I think it would be nice to find someone with daughters around the same age or younger.

Anyone know about the Culpeper, VA area? My son has Asperger Syndrome and I am researching elementary schools. I have gotten information from the district, but I would like specific school info from people who know the Principal, V. Principal, Special Ed teachers, etc. I'll take any information.

I am currently living in Hampton. I am very glad I found this group! I am a navy wife and a stay at home mom so I often feel like I dont have much of a life outside of the house.
