Whats with people trying to force single mothers into doing things their way?

Inlaws, Pedeatricians, strangers, everybody I meet think that I should do things their way my inlaws are trying to force me into having another baby because according to them a only child is the devils child. The pedeatrician says I should give my baby formula milk instead of cows milk because cows milk is bad for her. Strangers and friends tell me to marry my babies daddy even though he isnt ready to get married because he still has a lot of things to work trough before he can be a good husband... Why cant people that think your way of doing things are wrong just stay out of your life?

I belive that people have to get in everyone elses business for two reasons - the first is because they have nothing better to do than to interfere with the lives of everyone else, and the second is because they feel like they can not control thier own lives at the time so they need to control what eveyone else is doing. I know that does not help your situation but just remember that the opinions that matter the most are your own and that you know what is best for you and your family. Its ok for others to give us suggestions or raise concerns but as far as others telling us how to run our lives i would not pay any atention if i was you.

I got pregnant when i was very young and i had many people try to tell me how i should be living my life. But here i am 4 years later and i know own a house, have a great paying job, have a wonderful husband and baby number 2 on the way. so everything worked out for me and i did it how i thought was best and it turned out ok, so listen to your gut and do things how you think they will benefit you in the long run and you will be just fine.
