I really like the Tracey Anderson Post Pregnancy Workout video. Another thing I recently found was exercise videos on On Demand! :-) There are 10minute workouts/30minute workouts and categories for every body part. Even yoga ones. Good luck!

I love TurboJam! I even have some $2.00-$3.00 Dvds that I bought on clearance of just "cardio stuff", and interval training. If you switch it up and do something different every day or two, plus keep up the intensity, anything should work! I've even just put on music and danced around the house....of course no one was home but me! lol. Just make sure to do something 5-6 days a week. Nutrition really plays a huge part in weight loss. If you don't have much room, the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs are great. TurboJam is a lot of fun and a great workout. I also enjoy the Biggest Loser workouts (or any of Jillian Michaels) - you would need dumbbells to use with these. Pretty much any workout is good and would be effective if you are consistent.
Sparkpeople.com is a free online community and has a lot of useful tools, including exercises (with a demonstration and description of the proper way to do them).
