I'm down 14.4 lbs and have another 20 to go. I've just been using my treadmill and stationary bike up till now but I need to start incorporating some core exercises to try and flatten out and firm up my belly flab. Does anyone have any good suggestions of exercises I can do at home with stuff I have around the house or equipment that can be purchased for relatively cheap?
