Hello I just recently started insanity workout. My goal is to drop 90 to 100 pounds. Ive lowered my cal intake to 1600 and also gave up soda and sweets. Just wondering is anyone else in the same boat as me?

I am doing the workout only 2 times a week & then 1 day I am doing weights. I am working on doing another 2 days at the Y, but I am going to wait till next month. I have lost about 34lbs so far & still have about 50 more to go. My main problem is that I have no motivation to get up & work out the 2 days that no one is working out with me. See 2 days I work out with our church group & then Wed I will be working out with my neighbor/personal trainer & then I have 2 days I have to do it on my own which is why I am going to join the Y, my neighbor also works there & can help me get a routine down, but one day I want to be able or be motivated enough to do all of this on my own!!

I'm in the same boat too. It's so frustrating! I gained 100 lbs. w/ 1 pregnancy (single baby). All I craved was chocolate and carbs. I tried desperately to substitute or exercise, but craved all the bad stuff I had shunned to lose 100 lbs. years before I ever got pregnant. I've been a vegetarian for many years as well...and I'm still bf (we're working on weaning)

My little one is 14 months old. All I can get my scale to do is fluctuate 20 lbs. Unlike the first 6 weeks home from the hospital went I lost 35 lbs. (had a voluntary c-section).

Things have been strained between myself and my husband. Partially due to the extra weight. And partly due to stress from his parents- MAJOR stress with is a post all it's own!!! I was the same weight now as when we met, which is obese. But it's different now. I got trim and thin. Now I'm disgusted with myself and I don't go anywhere. It takes a lot for me to even go to the grocery store, but again, that's another post...

I'm on my second go round of insanity now. Even though I feel better, and stronger, the scale just isn't showing it. I've cut calories, replace as many white starches with whole grains, and extremely limited my sugar intake. Just this last week I'm starting some weight watcher meals I've found online. And today, in addition to insanity, I hope to try and fit in a bodyrock.tv workout (they're 12 minute workouts, pretty intense, and there are a few new workouts to choose from daily-and it's FREE!) plus yoga booty ballet.

My life as it is has got to change. I owe it to myself to be better. I owe it to my partner. I owe it to our daughter to not grow up ashamed of my appearance. I enjoy working out, but I feel incredibly guilty for taking ALL that time for myself when I could be using that time to bond with and teach my child.

Crystal, congrats for taking responsibility for your health! Unfortunately, you choose the HARD way. Your caloric intake is way too LOW and is putting you into "starvation mode", where your body holds onto every morsel of food for dear life.

I can help you lose those 100-110 pesky lbs. in 8-12 months! There will be no sagging skin, no dieting, and you will feel like a million bucks within a week. You will also sleep like a baby and have tons of energy.

Hi, this was my reply to another lady that's wanting to lose weight and thought I will just copy and paste it to your post. Hope it helps . Try committing into a Challenge for 90 Days. Really commit to it and stick to it. I did and finally lose the pounds I gained on my two pregnancies. I have two girls ages 2 and 4 . I lose 21 lbs on my first 90 day Challenge and have continued having my shakes once a day. I can forward you a picture of my before and after if you want. While on 90 Day Challenge I also did lots of walking with my girls, 50 sit ups and 50 push ups everyday and an hour lap swim 2 times a week. I still do this exercise until now.... it's now become a lifestyle. We are close to a public swimming pool so my husband and I arranged for me to go swimming in the morning , he takes care of the kids while I am at the pool. So it's good to have the support of your spouse as well. It's easy to get out of track when you are doing it yourself, so find friends who are committed to get in shape. in this way , you can pull each other to reach your goal. I am not an expert or trainer, but this challenge really did it for me. I won't deny that I am a distributor for Body By Vi- Visalus Shakes... I am. But you don't have to buy it through me, you can place your order with anyone. I just want to let you know that this 90 Day Challenge is what helped me to get back in shape. Commitment and sticking to it works... you will see changes in 90 Days. We are going home to visit our family next month (Sept)and I am bringing home alots of Vi shakes for my family, this is not available in my home country - yet. I am hoping it will- and soon. I love this shakes and my girls love it too , top it on their oatmeal for breakfast or add it to your pancakes and other breakfast meals. Message me if you have any questions - I would be happy to help ! All the best for your journey to get back in shape and get healthy! Our health is our wealth - so don't wait too long to do something about it. My mom just pass away two months ago, she's the lady on my profile pic and my dad is not doing well either, this is why we are going home. My dad has diabetes and other things- I know how health can badly affect every member of the family and so my only reason for posting this is that I'm hoping it helps you and motivates you to reach your goal. Add your insanity workout with your Body By Vi Shakes and you will surely get amazing result!

Ladies, it's time for you to cleanse your WHOLE body on the CELLULAR level (no hanging out by the bathroom!), so that it can release all the retained water and accumulated fat. I've helped numerous people loose 15-20 lbs. in their very 1st month. The side benefits are more energy and better sleep, better mental focus, and you don't loose any lean muscle. And 40-50 lbs. can be safely eliminated in as little as 3-4 months without any sagging skin!

The program is NOT a diet, it's completely natural/organic, affordable, incredibly nutritionally dense, it's easy to maintain your ideal weight, and you can even get your own "superfood" completely paid for if you cleanse with at least 2 friends. There's also a 30-day money back guarantee plus FREE product usage coaching! Just call me at 515-441-9671 for more details. You'll get the quality of your life back like so many others. :)

I wish u luck! I hv started watching my calorie intake and I have insanity and want to start it but I live in an old RV and don't have room lol. So I have been drinking my green tea at least four cups a day and thst does help cut the fat out n speed up your metabolism. I've done it before and lost 22 pds nd after some stressful situations I gained it back. So I'm starting over again hoping to go from a size 11 to a size 6 at least. Its hard! But I need the energy back and my old body back! Good luck!

It helps promote weight loss and contains no caffeine and has VITAMINS!! you should try it in place of energy drinks or regular coffee and latte (things you would regularly drink) it tastes great.. you can try some at www.chynab.organogold.com. that way you dont have to substitute all the good things in life..i hope this helps

How are you doing with Insanity and your call intake?? My hubby and I both have been there. I only have 15 lbs to loose, but I understand having to change your entire eating habits. What results have you had so far?
