Hi everyone! I'm Cami. I am a stay at home mom of a almost 2 year old. I am also a part time college student and I babysit 2 others kids 2-3 times a week. When I was pregnant I gained 60 pounds and lost some but I have gained it back. I am having a very hard time losing weight. I can't get motivated and I never feel like I have the energy to do any kind of exercising, I have cut out most of my caffeine (I'm from GA and it's been so hard to give up my sweet tea) but i dont eat a whole lot at one time. I do have the tendency to snack. I want to eat healthier for my meals and my snacks in hopes that it will help me lose some weight. Does anybody have any suggestions for healthier meals or snacks? I would be so grateful!
p.s. I have two weddings to be in this year and I really need help and support to lose weight!
