Yvonne it sounds like you are doing great! Chrystal is absolutely right you are on track for losing weight at a healthy pace! I know it would be nice if it came off quicker but if it did it's unlikely to stay off. Keep up the great work!!!

Hi Yvonne. Congrats on the 6lbs in two weeks that's right on track for healthy weight loss that stays off. I don't really know how to motivate except to say that I just hit 35 pounds lost today and if I can do that you can do yours too. I always use my kids as my biggest motivation they are 20 months and 8 months; I don't want them to ever remember fat mommy just the one that can run and play with them which is what keeps me going.
