I weight about 200lbs and im really trying to loose weight fast. I stopped drinking sodas and im only drinking water for now, I just don't kow how much water i should be drinking to loose weight in combination with eatting better.
My co-worker said drinking 4 liters or 132oz of water a day was good but I want to make sure that is correct and is not too much.
