I really need to lose at least 80 pounds! I am starting to walk my daughter to preschool every morning, which is 2 miles round trip! So i'll be getting in 10 miles a week. My problem is my dieting, I am very depressed and eat for any emotion at all. I guess I am trying to find someone who has the same prob who we can encourage each other on not eating as much? Well if anyone is interested let me know! Thanks

I can totally identify with what you are saying. I am an emotional eater, too and I have about 50 lbs I want to lose. Sounds like you are off to a good start with getting moving! 10 miles a week is great! Keep up the good work!
