I had my daughter 9mths ago and I don't feel as if I am losing the weight fast enough. Before I got pregnant I was starting to lose weight and then after I gave birth I started eating a lot healthier (not totally cutting out junk food but cutting it back a lot) I have really bad asthma so I can't do a lot of working out. i walk everywhere and I do it usually everyday. I have a goal of getting down to 180lbs, but can't seem to lose anything. I was never that heavy as a child, it didn't start adding on until Mid Highschool.
Everyone tells me I am fine the way I am (I am 5'10'' and about 220lbs) because I am tall it doesn't look that bad, but I don't feel like I have what it takes to stick to many diets out there. Some of them are ridiculous.
Anyways, I need some tips on losing the weight and I am trying to do it before the new year. 40lbs is a lot of weight and would probably help drastically with my asthma.
Please Help!!
