This is really just a vent, I just completed week 3 of my diet and this past week I only lost .2 lbs. I'm very dissappointed because I feel like I'm doing really good! I have been using my treadmill every day for at least 30 minutes but try for 45. I feel healthier so I guess that's really what matters but was really hoping for more. Oh well it's a new week and I'm going to keep at it because I'm determined! How are you doing?

Have you ever done a cleanse? It will get your body ready to lose more weight. I love the Advocare Herbal Cleanse. It's a gentle cleanse so it's not going to send you to the bathroom every 5 mintues :) It's a 10-day cleanse. If anyone wants more info. on it, please let me know. I have tip sheets on different foods to eat and not to eat while on it. Most people lose anywhere from 3 to 15 pounds on it. Here's the website:

if you go to shop now and then go to Top sellers, you'll find it.

I did the Dukan Diet and I lost 9lb the first week and by the end of week 4 I had lost 21lbs. It was easy to follow although I have to say quite strict. I did keep the weight off over christmas although I pigged out. In total I lost 38lbs in 8 weeks and I felt I had lost enough. I have gained 14lbs back after 8 months so I will be going back onto it to shift the weight quickly soon. It seems to work for me as I am yoyo dieter.

If you stick to a normal diet then 2lbs a week is great and the way to do it. So dont be down hearted you are doing great.

Hi ive only just joined and its good to know that im not the only one trying hard to lose the weight but it seems like it is taking forever! Ive only lost 2 kgs since I started but I dont have any gym equipment or access to a gym so finding things to do at home is going ok. I must say that your body gets used to doing the same thing so try switching it up a little and see how that goes!!
