I use to always weigh 116 pounds. These past 2 years I've put on around 30 pounds and I can only manage to lose 5 pounds at once, but after awhile , It comes right back on. It makes me mad.

Hi Liz, I have always struggled with those last unwanted pounds until I found two products that have assisted me in losing and maintaining my healhy weight. I take OPC+ with resveratrol and Xtreme-5 daily. I love the products so much that I became an Independent Distributor. Please visit my website www.isxperia.com/lisahoyt and become a FREE member to purchase any product at wholesale. The OPC+ will shed those unwanted pounds, boost your energy levels, neutralize free radical damage and improve mental clarity and focus. The Xtreme-5 increases your metabolism, absorbs fat, suppresses your appetite, stabilizes glucose and increases your mental alertness. The best thing is that they are all NATURAL. Please email me at lisahoyt22@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

Hi Lisa, don't let my photo fool you .That was last summer and I only got down to 130 pounds. I balloned back up to 146 pounds over the winter. I eat super healthy most everyday and I walk alot at my job. I go for long walks in the evenings with our 2 dogs, which is more like a fast walk as I have to really pick up the pace to keep up to them. Everyother week, I work evenings so I do my waking in the morning. I go on the tredmill in the basement, but I hurt my back at work last week so doing sit up's are painful for me right now. I have thought of taking diet pills but was worried once I reach my goal weight and stop taking the pills ,won't I gain the weight back? Except for the extra weight ,I am in great shape health wise. The weatherhas been getting nicer so I will be out bike riding more. But is there any exersice I could do for my belly besides sit up'???? Thats my worst area. Thanks for responding to my ad. Talk soon .

Have you tried stepping up your exercise routine?  How tall are you because you could be in your healthy weight range, so if I weren't you I wouldn't worry about it because after women have babies their bodies are different so you might have always weighed that but having a baby does change you.  Your pic looks really fabulous, you have a lovely face so I'm sure you can't look all that bad you should embrace it!!! Go on with your bad self! :)

Hi Angela; Thank you for the lovely words. I am 5 feet 2 inches, and yes I probably could step up my exersice but it seems like no matter what I do, I'll lose 5 pounds than put it back on almost over nite. I had my last daughter when I was 30 years old and I walked out of the Hospital with my jeans on.It's like I hit a rut and I can't seem to get over it. Any other suggestions???? I belive age is just a number... so I'm going to take any advise I get to help me. Thank you again for repling.
