I was doing a diet that was working really good. I lost about 25 pound in the 1st month which I haven't gained back. However, I started to work and found it pretty hard to remember about my diet since its pretty strict and I have the worst memory ever. Is anyone doing something that is working and would like to share? I would really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!

Hi there Tania, first of all congratulations on losing 25lbs! That's fantastic!! Since you mentioned it was strict & you have a bad memory, have you considered writing it down or batch cooking at the beginning of the week? Keep a food journal, that helps me. Have you started to exercise? Consistency is key:)

Hi Tania. Congrats! The program I use for my clients is strict as well - they need to eat about every 3 hours (which is a really important habit to learn for life) - so I encourage busy clients to set alarms in their phone to remind them when they need to eat, drink water or whatever. Set appointments for workouts and don't leave them to chance.
Roseanne already said keep a journal... SO IMPORTANT! And like she also said, consistency is key - so set goals based on behaviors. (i.e. goal= remember all meals today or goal= workout 3 times this week) and always write your goals down!
Don't do a "diet" - commit to becoming healthier. Focus on what habits you are doing that will keep you healthy once you reach your desired weight.

You're right making a batch every wk would make it a lot easier. I actually I was thinking about starting again hopefully Monday. Since I settled in at work and while I'm at work I'm so busy that I don't even think about food would be great to diet! I haven't done any heavy exercise besides some light walking. Thanks for the advice!
