I am a working 37 year old with three girls ages 8,5 and 2. I am having a hard time finding time to exercise and diet with my hectic work and home schedule, not to mention after-school activities.. please, please help, i am about 50 lbs overweight and can't seem to get it off after the last baby.

workout after they go to bed thats what i do my girls go to bed at 7 and are asleep by 730 but they are only 2 and 1 if you dont have a treadmill get a workout dvd!!! i do that also

Hi Dawn have you thought about joining an online program like Weight Watchers Online or Spark People. It just takes minutes a day and they are an excellent support circle.



Try to squeeze some danceing while doing dishes or taking the stairs instead of an elevator, 20 minute increments of exercise builds up fast...You can do this cause nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!
