has anyone tried the Special K Challenge? i started it this past week. so far i'm doing ok. i'm not snacking like i used to. i was just wondering if it works!! i need to lose this baby weight.

Hi Mikell, no I haven't cause I eat cearal as a snack. Let me know if it works. I still have atleast 20 pounds to go. Good luck.
