Have a tip on losing weight? I would be interested in reading everyone's biggest tips about losing weight. And I dont mean things like "Drink slim fast" or anything like that. The one tip I always hear from those skinny little cute girls that I stick my tongue out at is STAY AWAKE AT LEAST THREE HOURS AFTER EVERY MEAL. YOUR METABOLISM SLEEPS WHEN YOU DO.
