Hello :)) My name is Tina. I am 27 years old turning 28 in December a mother of one young child and I have 80 lbs left to lose. I have lost a total of 30 lbs of eating right off and on, it has taken me 1 1/2 year to do so because of that.
I am here for the support and to hopefully provide some support.
I currently started an exercise program of running and minor toning/strength training on my own at home, I am kind of having a struggle with it. I started out strong and then ran in the wind and had some sort of asthma attack and then never got back to running it has been about a week. SO need some encouragement. Also I am a vegetarian if there are any of you out there :)) If not hey I am not a hater of meat eaters...wo0t!

My name is Kim. I have a 4 year old son. I gained 40+ pounds when I was pregnant. I have been dieting for about 5-6 weeks now and have lost 16 pounds. Only 24 more to go! Good luck to everyone!

Hi there, I'm a mother of a two year old girl. I had horrendous complications in pregnancy, the legacy of some of which is still with me and restricting my mobility. As a result, I am currently 115 lbs overweight. I'm determined to try and cut this by half at least during 2012, as I'm now afflicted with chronic osteoarthritis in my knees and don't want to be in this amount of pain for the rest of my life - I'm only 40.

My husband is luckily supportive and so we've recently ordered some gym equipment for the basement. I am banned from doing anything that would cause shock to my knees while fully weight bearing, so not allowed to walk, jog, step or do anything aerobic for exercise. I'm hoping that as the weight comes off, this will change! I used to be an avid celidh dancer and I'd love to be able to do this again in the future.

Hello! I'm a mother to 3, and stepmother to 1, ages 10, 8 and two 6 year olds. I have dealt with many medical complications since my first pregnancy and I had put on a lot of weight. I have decided that enough is enough, and I will lose this weight one way or another. I'm looking to drop about 80 pounds. Right now I'm starting with diet, and making some minor changes. For me, the gradual approach to diet changes seems to be working. I'm also going to start walking more (starting at 2 miles a day), so I can start strengthening my body. I have chronic pain, chronic migraines, asthma, and though nothing came up on x-ray, I may have something wrong with my left foot. I have decided to push my way through the pain and achieve my goal.

Hi, I'm Megan. I lost 50lbs over a year (yes I know not really much of a big deal) so i'm down to 190lbs. I told DH that if I got to an 11 I would wear a real bikini.

We walk a lot to save gas. But that's really all we do.

I still breastfeed so I don't want to use medication. Besides I don't have my care card yet so it wouldn't be covered.

hello, i have recently started to work on loosing my baby weight also. im on a product called isagenix and its helped me to lose 11lbs and 6.5inches in 2 weeks!

its a miracle product! i feel better, i have more energy, and i had a woman problem that would not go away with doctors treatment, that is now completely gone and cured.

although the product seemed pricy for me at first, i have managed to save money on groceries and going out,so its worked its self out.

basically, if u have weight to gain OR loose, i would strongly recommended isagenix because it helps ur body to cleanse its self naturally at a cellular level without u needing to be on the toilet all the time.

oh, and its good for kids too!
