Introducing solid food too soon to a baby can cause food allergies. Some people put cereal in their babies formula because they've been told it helps the baby sleep longer. I never did this, but I did my own research and didn't just listen to family and friends. I didn't introduce solid food until six months. Then I was very careful what I gave my daughter and made sure there wasn't any bad reactions before I introduced the next food. I'd stick to breast milk or formula until she's six months. Even when she's watching you eat and it looks like she's begging for what you have. You have to do what is right for her. You don't want her to develop food allergies because you decided to give her solid food to early.

No! Babies should not be given solid food until they have teeth...the digestive system is not designed for solid food at this point. Teeth are for the purpose of eating solid food and is the sign that it is now time to begin. As well as being able to sit up. Sitting up aids in digestion. Have you ever eaten on your back...i did once while in the hospital...had the worse case of indigestion i ever had.

NO, Give baby formula or your brest milk. If u r getting enough milk my dear, plzzzzzz give brest milk on PRIORITY. Or else formula, NO BABY FOOD. That child is too small for it. Solids to be started after minimum 4 months. I started for both of my sons at 7 months. Till then they were on my milk mainly. I still mainly feed my milk. My younger one is 8 months old today. I gav my elder one my milk till i got pregnant with my younger one. Plz don't give solids at this age.
Hope this helps. Goodluck.

Just because it's on the market does NOT make it safe. Only feed you baby breat milk or formulas at least until 4 months!

they recommend to wait until your child is able to sit up on their own and have control over their tongue (can move stuff in their mouth with purpose instead of by accident) to start solids. these skills are not mastered or start emerging until baby is about 4-6 months old. babies should be on an all liquid diet until at LEAST a minimum of 4-6 months old, only breastmilk or formula.

please dont give your baby any other food than breast milk until at least 4 months.

i agreed 0-3 month old baby food should not be on the market, if you are having trouble producing breast milk, please just seek some help on what formula is best for your baby.

you dont want to introduce childhood obesity

I would highly suggest not giving a newborn any kind of solids until at least 6 months. Newborns need Breastmilk or formula only.

Babies don't need food until they are 6 months. I have never seen 0-3month ld baby food.
All your baby need is breastmilk/formula.

NO!!!! Your baby should not be getting anything except breastmilk or formula until around 6 months old. I don't even know what 0-3 month old baby food is doing on the market - it certainly goes against World Health Organisation recommendations. What third world country do you live in?
