Hey all,
My baby girl turned 10 months old on the 7th of this month. I thought it was rough when she was wiggling all night but now she things are getting worse, it sometimes takes over 2hrs to get her to sleep at night! She has slept through the night since she was about 2 months old and with the exceptions of being sick or teething or a few rough night here and there she usually goes to sleep pretty easily, but lately she has been fighting sleep like never before. She giggles, tries to stand (she has been trying to walk lately), and if I gently try to keep her lying down she screams and cries. During the day she fights naps just as bad and I have had to give up after two hours sometimes because I cannot just spend my whole day in bed fighting with her. She fights and pushes up and giggles and cries and tries to play and literally tries to climb the walls! She does not have an ear infection and is generally a happy baby when wake, but getting her to sleep has been a nightmare. This has been going on for almost a week now. I know she is over tired, but I cannot get her to sleep more and I cannot see that being the only problem. Her bedtime is 8pm and I try to get her to take 2 naps during the day (but that has been fluctuating so much with how long she sleep or if she even goes to sleep both times). Sorry this is so long I just feel like I need to be thorough, also when I say she cries that long I am always there with her and do not believe in letting her cry it out so please no suggesting that. Thank you all!

My daughter was the same way I'd have to scratch her back and sing to her sometimes and eventually I had to put her in her crib and walk away after telling her its night night time
