So do you mean a menu, or a schedule?

For a schedule, you just work into it. I'd start by finding out what schedule the care center has (if you've chosen one) and start working towards that time frame.

Generally, snack happens between 9-10 am, lunch between 11-12, etc.

But I also know that in baby/toddler rooms, they do still tend to do some on demand feeds or snacks, depending on the center.

If you've started solids, then puree the same foods that you normally eat.

Babies/toddlers do not have a sophisticated palate. They are most generally happy with the same things mom and dad are eating.

And how much? That differs with each child. When he stops eating, he's probably full, just like with a bottle or breastfeeding.
