10 month old wont sleep through night

I feel like I have tried every method for sleep training except CIO. We have the same routine every night and she's usually asleep by nine pm. But wake ups between 12-1 am every night. We do put her in the crib but after a time or two of waking up through the night I'm so exhausted I bring her to the bed with us. Then she sleeps till 7 or 8 am. She has trouble falling asleep on her own and will just get up and stand in the crib or sit there till someone comes in her room. She's gotten to the point where she doesn't cry sometimes and I happen to look at the monitor an see her stand up and panic and go and rock her and lay her down. Im afraid of her falling and hitting her chin on the top of the crib. I've read a lot of things about not rocking them letting them fall asleep on there own. Any help advice recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I did modified cio with a bedtime routine around 6 mo and it helped my daughter sleep so much better. It taught her to self soothe and put herself to sleep. They all have to learn that eventually and I find CIO is very effective at helping them learn quickly. I would not go back in her room after our bedtime routine was done unless she was crying really hard or crying longer than 20 mins.

Its hard at first but gets so much easier!

Good Luck!!
