I plan on taking her to the doctor. The kids just started school Monday, I am making sure the preliminary school issues are handled. She started a new school plus is the first time that she switches classes with six different teachers. She is not listless, just is a concern about energy. Fruits and vegetables need to be more in her diet which is a great suggestion. I do not think it is blood pressure, it's checked a lot at the doctor but will check it out again. Thyroid is another great way to see too. I did find out from everyone little things here and there to ask the doctor about. It could just be puberty and extra weight. Could be exercise issue. Body in motion stays in motion. We live with my mother who is getting older and watches them. Their activities with her are not active at all mostly. That could be a thing to cause it too. Thank you because it did help me see it is worth putting it on here. This all could be little girl needing to get on her bike too. Hmmm Thanks!

Like we have said, take her to the doctor. We aren't doctors and really you could be given some bad advice just because it "sounds" like what someones child/friend had once.
If you have any concerns about the health of you or your children it's always best to ask a professional, not a bunch of strangers on the internet.
I gave the first things I would deal with before seeing a doctor. It's not normal and needs to be checked sooner rather than later.

If she is needing breathing treatments, and you haven't been administering them until she feels a 'need'...that could be a huge part of the problem.

Schedule her for a physical.

I had to take my son to the doctor for symptoms like these. It turns out he has low blood pressure. He has to push the fluids and has to drink sports drinks more than the average person because it has the electrolytes that help regulate your blood pressure etc. He is now almost 17. We finally figured it out when he was 15. I'm not saying this is the answer but you definitely need to check.

Definatly take her to the doctor for a check up. Its really something a doctor should take a look at,even if she eats healthy.

She eats well and is on vitamin gummies. She eats proteins, some fruits and vegetables. She loves olives, lettuce, peas, carrots, broc., potatoes, sometimes tomatoes, does not eat much red meat, eats chicken and hot dogs very seldom. She loves yogurt and cottage cheese, nuttella, peanut butter, and fruit salad or egg salad even tuna salad. I think her diet is better than mine actually. Lol ... This is why I am asking. She does have asthma so I was giving that the blame but my Mom thinks it's not it and wanted other views. I do not give her regular breathing treatments and humidity is high right now so I figured that would play into it. She sleeps well, no weasing or sounds and if she thinks she needs to she is to tell us and go for a treatment. Sometimes she has circles under her eyes, and if the slump of energy is bad she gets pale.

I would also take her to the doctor to get iron and thyroid levels checked. Good luck

Take her to the doctor and get her iron levels checked. Also make sure she is eating plenty of fruit and vegetables.
