My 13 month old daughter only wants to breastfeed. I have been offering her cereal from 4months old and other solids since 6months. She is very determined. When she was born she was taking expressed milk from the bottle, formula and would breastfeed. At 3 months she stopped taking the formula so i changed it. She still didnt take the formula up to this day after changing the formula many times. She is hardly interest food and even if she shows interest she only takes a taste and then refuses it. I have tried everything. Everything. The only food she shows interest in is macaroni and cheese and she will only eat the kraft brand. Her weight was fine at her 12 month check up. She is not fat but not skinny either. I am just wondering if she will every start to eat. Sometimes i get angry and force her and then she cries. Then i end up giving her the breast anyway. Is breastmilk enough for her at this age? Please some advice.

She doesn't need to have ANY juice. Water is fine, but if she is drinking a lot AND nursing all the time... the water may be filling her up more to make food less appealing. I'm not sure what you mean by a lot of water though.

And in Africa they nurse their children until 5 years old so she's just fine, just keep figure foods at her reach.

I replied to the duplicate post. Keep nursing on demand and keep casually offering her healthy foods at regular intervals. Let her be in charge of what she eats and when. She'll get there.

Cool that's the best milk for her anyway just eat the foods she needs and she will get the nutrition from your milk but try and get her to drink water on her own

I agree, stop the juice. Offer her a variety of foods when she is hungry but not starving. If she is full of water, she may not feel hungry. Patience and time. She'll get there.

Water so that she won't get constipated and try junior finger foods in the baby section or make your own first find out what they are
