He hitts me and my other children.even when were asleep..im afraid for our lifes

If he's on the spectrum, and medicated, then you need to closely monitor medications, and continue to request modifications until the meds are working for him. And, closely monitor for any changes, because medication managed conditions are constantly changing, and need adjustments.

It's very easy for children with autism (or any child really) to get frustrasted and lash out. In addition to medication he should be undergoing behavioral therapy (mostly for you) so that you can better understand what is going on and how to better interact with him :)

He autstic...rigth.now he just stared hitting hes sister..dr.just keep changing hes medicine

Why does he do this, and why have you allowed it to continue, once he started?

Take him for a physical check up, explain your concerns to his physician, and follow recommended treatment options.
