Hi, I am exclusively breastfeeding staying at home mom of 13th month old baby. My baby never took a bottle. She drinks water from sippy cup or small munchkin regular cup. I want to start on whole milk but she doesn't take it. She doesnt even eat yogurt or any other juice. Please help me out.

Thanks

We don't allow our kids to drink juice. Have you tried offering cups consistently at meals? Pick some designated times to nurse but give cups the other times. It will happen!

Water and milk are the only things she should be drinking anyway. Breast milk is still one of the most valuable things you can give her.

Not drinking juice is JUST FINE! If you do introduce it, cut it with water to dilute it. With the milk, start offering her your breast milk in a sippy cup. Once she gets used to that, you can start slowly mixing in regular whole milk if you would like. It is ok that she is not drinking cows milk. She is honestly getting the best nutrition available still by breastfeeding. Cut back on the water, it can be really filling (depending on how much you are giving her and breastfeeding).
