I gave birth to my daughter January 10, 2012, after giving birth I did bleed for 6 weeks as normal. Well, after that I did not have a period until October 2012, it was a full 7 day period like I had before I got pregnant. I did not breast feed with my daughter at all so Im not sure whats going on. I have not contacted my doctor yet. Just wondering if this is normal or should I be worried. Oh to add My husband and I are wanting to have another baby, but i'm afraid that I can't get pregnant because I have yet to start my period I have taken plenty of pregnancy test all say negative please help!!

You don't have to have a period in order to get pregnant, as you ovulate before menstruating and that's when you would get pregnant. Since you didn't breastfeed, you should call the doc and just ask what could be going on.
