15 month old....engorgment :(

Hi ladies,
I am breastfeeding my 15 month old about 5 times a day. Some morning I wake up pretty engorged. He has been STTN for quite awhile now (8p-6ish a.m) He is experiencing teething right now. Also, I am returning to work in a week and I am not planning on pumping throughout the day, even though I plan on letting him nurse at home. Any advice on that front?

If you are waking engorged you are probably going to get pretty full at work and that may be uncomfortable. You can either pump occasionally and save your milk for him to drink from a cup or try to slow your supply. Wear a snug bra, and as he is demanding less milk you will make less, but it may take a long time.
