My 16 year old son broke up with his girlfriend yesterday, afterwards he said he was fine but I could tell he was sad, he didn't eat much of his dinner and he's a good eater so that was my first hint, then he said he was feeling sick at his stomach so I gave him some rolaids, he said it helped so then he cooked him some eggs and ate then even tho he said he didn't feel like eating, then about 8 this morning he said his belly was hurting really bad so he went to the bathroom and nothing came out but he said when he was coming out of the bathroom that everything went black and he felt like he was gonna pass out, he's sleeping now he told me that it wasn't hurting anymore.. I'm so confused on if I should take him to the doc over this.. Any thoughts, plz

My husband said that he thinks that too, that he just did it from straining... I didn't know that was an issue with opiate use but I'll keep that in mind too. Thank you so much

If he was straining he possibly couldve been on the dizzy side. Usually kids that age aren't constipated but if so I would confirm the diet intake. I don't him or the family, stress can do it and so can opiates, that's how we found out one of my friends daughter was taking them because she was constipated alot, but if this is his first issue it's probably stress and diet. Drink prune juice and that will help
