My daughter, Grace is just about 18 months. (On the 16th). Since she was born, she's always struggled with drinking. She never was interested in it and would drink very little from her bottles. Since she was about 6 months old, we've been trying various sippy cups with no luck. We've tried straw cups, regular sippy cups, grown up cups, you name it. Grace just pushes them away and is not interested. THroughout the day she takes sips, and it's very very little. Lately, it's becoming even harder to get those sips in.

She still gets 2 bottles as a day, as we're afraid of her becoming dehydrated. That she seems to do ok with, but still doesn't take more than 5 ounces. In a typical day she gets between 8-10 ounces of liquids, with most being milk. Her diapers are becoming less and less full and we go long periods without changing her. Today for example, it was 4 hours between diapers, and it was so lite! We're really concerned and just don't know how else to get her to drink.

Thanks for any advice!

We actually just discovered she likes popsicles. So will try to get sugar free popsicles tomorrow and make some. I might try making fruit tea and freezing that.
