Hi,

Anyone dealing with the "empty nest syndrome?" It is really difficult on me. I raised him alone and I am single. I worry too much. He is still immature. He had a seizure at his apt. Last night.....I ran to the ER...

Thank you. He goes to doctor tomorrow. Since it was a Grand Mal, if it doesn't happen again he's in the clear. I am giving him the support and tools and sometimes unwanted advice and I notice he is really growing up! All we can all do is one day at a time! I appreciate your helpful and encouraging feedback!😀

Have you given him the tools to be a successful human being? Does he know how to manage his seizure disorder? If so, be happy! You have successfully passed your first parenting phase. It isn't easy for us to let our kids move forward at times, but it is necessary.

Hang in there. Keep in touch with him, but don't hover.

How is he after his seizure?

Aww…sending you hugs. Given your son’s health concerns I can understand why you’re apprehensive about him moving out. I said a prayer for you and your son. Stay strong, okay?
