I am trying to get some information i need a little help i just had a tubal pregnancy and i bleed for 2 months straight and i believe it stop on may 8 but i don't know how im going to be able to calculate my periods again and i'm scared i'm already pregnant again because i bleed for so long i don't know how to calculate yet because i haven't started yet to be able to calculate it. Before this tubal pregnancy two years ago i had two miscarriages 2 months apart and the last one i had to have a D&C and it took me two years to get pregnant again and it was tubal. I have had the worst luck with getting pregnant after i had the Marina Or IUD as they call it i have had it in twice the last time i took it out it was because my husband complain about it. I'm afraid the IUD messed me up and its emotional because i cant keep my babies so please help me i have cried so many times its not funny my husband hasn't supported me so i would love to have the support of some advice about how i could go about calculating my periods again. Thanks in advance and sorry about my spelling trying to watch my 4 year old at the same time

There is no way to calculate you fertility without your doctor's help right now. Until your cycles settle in to a pattern, you won't be able to determine a window when you ovulate. If you are just recovering from an ectopic pregnancy, you need to talk to your doc about trying right away. If your doc consents, he can draw blood and do ultrasounds to determine when your are (or not) ovulating and measure the thickness of your uterine wall to see if it is healthy enough for implantation.
