I have a 1 year old and am currently expecting. My son is used to being able to climb on me and jump on me anytime he pleases. I'm having a hard time keeping him from jumping on my stomach, elbowing me in the stomach, etc. Is there anything you can suggest to deter him from such activity?

My daughter did that when I first started showing a lot with our second girl. What I did was I kept telling her that her baby brother or sister (we chose not to find out the sex of the baby before birth) was growing in Mama's tummy and that if she patted my tummy and listened she might hear the baby.

That worked most of the time, at least until baby started really kicking - the first time baby kicked hard when my daughter was listening she sat up and said "baby kicked me", laughed and patted my tummy, but she kept a little farther away from my tummy after that :)

God Bless You. I don't know if I could handle that.
Maybe get him a trampoline? Or jump with him on the ground? Take lots of walks with him and play outside. I mean him play outside, not you.
Get him some play dough, or dance music. It sounds like he has a lot energy and needs to burn it off.
