I am so glad to be part of this moms circle.
My son is 2 year old. he is poor in eating. there is no consistency in eating. he is fond of milk alone. i give him only twice or thrice (600ml) milk every day. i give him breakfast like idly dosa poori etc. afternoon i give meals with vegetables, in between he used to take snacks like biscuits, daily i give him one fruit. dinner either meals or tiffen.
He take only very less quantity. i don t like boiled eggs. he loves non vegetarian. once in a week i give him soup and also flesh of chicken or mutton or fish.
he is just 10 kg weight for the past 6 months. recently he is not gaining weight. appears too thin.
kindly suggest what are the foods that promote muscle growth.
