Okay so my 20 month old son is still on a bottle.. He will take a sippy but he does not suck on it.. He will bite it for the liquid to come out.. He never had a pacifier when he was little either. He would not take it.. I honestly dont know what to do.. I have tried every single sippy i could try and its all the same and will throw the sippy if its one of the hard ones.. I dont want him to not get liquids because he needs them but I need answers.

Try hard top sip cups again. And take away everything else. He'll get used to it in a day or two. If you don't give him a bottle or soft sippy, he won't use one.

I have tried a straw and the straw cup he just doesent suck on it.. he wants me to pull it out with the liquid and then pour it in his mouth.. I have worked with him and tried to show him everything.. He just doesent even suck on a sippy or else it wouldent be a problem.. I have tried the reg. cup also.. he will just spill it all over him.. and being out in public i dont want him to do that all the time.. He also still has the bottle at night so i just honestly dont know what to do.. :/

Transition him to just a regular adult cup. He will not, not drink when he is thirsty enough he will either take the sippy or regular cup. Have you tried a straw cup? Just work with him to show him how they work. If you truly want the bottle gone at this age the only true way is cold turkey. Good luck!!
