You need to change up your routine. Your body is likely used to the daily jog and is no longer challenged. How far do you run? How fast?

Try switching it up every few days.
I run 6 miles a day--some days do a steady jog, others do intervals of walking then sprinting, and some days add hills.
I also keep light, 5lb hand weights in my house to lift as time allows. I do 3 different exercises with those, at least 3 -5 sets of 12 reps each, every day. I don't break a sweat with that, it's just for tone.
I also take a Zumba class 2 nights a week.

This routine keeps me at about 100lbs but you can easily loose weight with it if you keep it switched up and eat right (I like to indulge). If I eat any unnecessary food, I add a mile and a half to my jog for every 100 calories. I follow an 1900-2100 calorie diet high in fruit and vegetables.

Also, if you drink diet soda, cut that out completely and stick to regular soda in moderation. Some recent studies have shown that some chemical they use in sweetening them or something actually causes our bodies to hang on to fat longer! Drink water, and if you MUST have a soda, drink a regular one.

Also, cut carbs (pasta & breads) and meat to a minimum, but still eat them in moderation. Remember, carbs give you quick energy, but they turn to fat FAST, so it is best to indulge in those right before a workout or physical activity (just know that if you do that, you will be burning the carbs, not the stored fat, thus maintaining your weight, not loosing any). Meats give you protein, which builds muscle and gives you lasting energy.

Try not to eat before your run/workout. If you do, you will burn what you just ate, not the stored fat. Not only will you not loose weight, it will leave you very tired after your workout because your body will only tap into that stored fat if you force it to.

Stop worrying about it, the more you think about it, the harder it will be to get rid of it! Keep up the healthy eating, but still watch the quantities. Think about what you drink as well, sugary hot drinks, fizzy pops and, yes, fruit juices are all going to hinder your weight loss. Try doing some toning exercises, scrunchies and the like, although it won't take the weight off, it will improve the way you look and therefore feel about yourself.

I eat healthy for the most part although Fridays I treat my self to whatever ;) I'm not as active as I used to be so I make my self run or jog during the day ... I don't mind the extra weight it's just my body's not used to it I feel like my bones ache and swear it's from the baby weight I just don't know what to do about it ?!?
