my son is 3 months 3 weeks.. he tries to talk all the time.. yells all the time seems like he enjoys his own voice lol.. holds his head up really good, tries to sit up on his own. he wants to eat everything.. he grabs everything.. holds toys for a few seconds then throws them or eats them... looks like he's trying to rollover.. laughs when you play games with him like peek-a-boo.. he kicks ALOT.. smiles all the time... very attentive.. enjoys looking around at everything.. probably a few things i'm missing but that's what i can think of off the top of my head right now.. lol
I suggest the Your Baby's First Year : Week by Week book... it helps me soo much.. lets you know what your child should be doing each week.. obviously all kids are different and some will learn faster and slower then others but it's a great guide! :)

My daughter is 19 weeks-old and lauguing a lot. Wiggling her arms in the air, trying to catch toys. She grabs my clothes and hair all the time.
Her head stays up already and she is trying really hard to sit up, no success though :-)
She eats double of what she did a couple of months ago. I might introduce solids sometime soon.

My little boy (3 months and 2 weeks) is drooling lots...grabbing things (ie. mommy's hair, shirt, toys, etc) with his hand, bearing some weight on his legs, holding his head up on his own, kicking his legs a lot, smiling, laughing, making many different sounds, rolling onto his side frequently, and starting to roll onto his stomach. He is also enjoying games of peek-a-boo, responds with laughter to being tickled, smiles spontaneously and recognizes people that are very familiar to him (ie, mom, dad, grandma). Here is a link to a website with a baby development chart outlining what babies may do at different stages. http://www.babycenter.com/milestone-char... I have found this chart very helpful, and hope you do too.
