I'm going to assume he has been fed, burped and changed. He could be colicky (I think I spelled that right). You can tell during the time he is crying if you touch his stomach it is usually rock hard vs. soft and squeshy. It also very painful for them. He maybe constipated you can tell if his poo comes out in little balls probably constipated (will usually cry during bowel movements) vs. s-shaped or soft. How long does he cry for? Does he stop when picked up?
