3 Month Old Daughter wont sleep lately at night til late

lately for the past 3 days my daughter doesnt want to fall asleep until like 1130 12
i have her in a routine and bath and eat cereal every night at 7 - 730 she usually falls alseep around 8 and lately keeps waking up. HELP PLEASE!

Babies go through growth spurts, then stop. They will change regularly. As Evelyn said, to expect a schedule that remains the same is asking too much. Continual adjustments need to be made.

In addition to that - she is 3 months old. She should not be eating cereal (or any solid) at this stage. Her nutrition should be coming from her breastmilk or formula. 6 months is the age recommended by both the World Health Organisation and the AAP. Please read the following information so that at least if you decide to continue with solids, you are making a more informed decision:

She is only three months old! You can not expect her to hold this same schedule. She is still going to change her schedule until after a year of age. I know you want her to sleep more at night but babies this age do not distinguish day and night yet. And depending on her growing needs, her schedule will change. You are just going to have to cope with it until she gets older.
