3 month old trouble settling down for the night

Hello, I am a 1st time mother of a 3 month old baby boy. He is having a few sleeping issues. #1 ONLY sleeps in a rocker/bouncer after falling asleep in my arms and nursing. #2 Fights sleep at night, doesn't settle until almost 2 am and then will sleep a solid 5-6 hours and take 2 morning naps thereafter about 2hrs each. How do I transition him to the crib and get him to settle down earlier? Note he won't take a pacifier or swaddle and we have tried to instill a bedtime routine including aromatherapy and white noise to get him to sleep in the crib and also the rocker thing, I am not a fan of letting him cry it out, think he is still too young. Please advise, I want to be sure he is getting the rest he needs for development.

3 months is still a bit young to be going for a full on routine. Maybe if you want him in his crib you could put him in and then pat him so he knows you're there. You should be able to gradually stop the patting to just having your hand there and then not at all.

Do you put him in his crib for his other naps? If you don't then I would start with that. He may just feel a bit lonely and lost in a big crib by himself since he's used to the rocker/bouncer or being held.
