I dont wanna get in the shower (serious) get dressed or get out of bed! I havent been to work in weeks!!! I hve a "boyfriend" who is here whenever! This is my 1st baby but not his I just expected him to be here more with and for me!!! I dont know is this depression normal? Im only 3 months pregnant

I was also depressed during the beginning of my pregnancy. During the first few months the father, we are not married, decided he didn't want to be involved, which since the pregnancy wasn't planned and we were already separated, I wasn't expecting him to. But it still caused me stress. I also felt stress from having to tell my parents that I was pregnant, not getting married, and would be doing it on my own. I was stressed about work, didn't want to get out of bed, I didn't want to do anything, and I cried a lot. I think what you are going through is pretty normal, a way your body and brain are coping with the changes going on. By the fifth month, I started to feel better. I hope you will too.
