Well what kind of long hours? like is he/she jaundice? cause for that you can pump and help out those with jaundice have kike no energy so eating take a lot out of them especially if they are breastfed takes a lot of work to get to what they want/ need. Pumping can help. but talk to the pediatrician to see what is up. I had to breast and pump feed so I would breast until she stopped then gave her a bottle after she was done with the bottle I would lay her down and pump for a bit to keep my supply up till I had to stop pumping and breastfeeding.
