I can't answer that, an ultrasound, at least in the US must be ordered by a doctor. If you present yourself in the ER with the concern, they may do a blood test and an ultrasound or they may do another urine test and send you home.

I don't think it's that they don't care, but that irregular periods are not abnormal, even for women who are very regular. When you go back make it clear that you'd like to have more kids and are concerned that your periods being irregular will make that difficult. If you are actively having unprotected intercourse and don't conceive in 6 months, then you can expect them to start investigating.

I just want to be able to have more babies an nothing be really serious going on with me . I just feel like giving up on this because when I want answers it's like nobody care but when nothing was going on the doctors etc was available.

I understand your concern but if this is the first time your period is late, it is not likely your doctor is going to investigate. If it persists for more that six months then he may look into a reason.

I never experience that I never had irregular period. for it to not show up yea that's a problem. If my doctor just would help figure it out than I won't worry about it .Other than that I'm in the unknown so yes I'm scared .

Why does it bother you so much? My periods are often irregular and aside from arriving at inconvenient times, I literally go with the flow

Stress, exercise, illness and age can all make your period irregular. Are you on any type of birth control?

If five different urine tests have been negative, then I'd expect you are not pregnant. An ultrasound can tell you for sure. Are you TTC?
