As baby grows it can make you very uncomfortable. As long as your doctor sees no issue, a chiropractor can help you with your pain. Get on all fours (hand and knees) and hunch up and arch down over and over, then get on hands and feet (if you can) like downward dog in yoga. When you get there lean forward toward your hands and then backward to your feet/heels. If you feel wobbly get someone to spot you so you don't fall. A heating pad to your lower back may help and when you sit try to extend your legs as far as you can to relieve the pressure on your lower back.
