35wks pregnant with SPD and my baby is breech will it turn?

I am now 35 wks and I have had SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction) since falling down stairs at 17wks i had an ultrasound at 34 wks confirming bubs is breech and it still hasn't turned, it will go from laying across my tummy to head at my ribs. Baby was head down and just engaged until about
30 wks. Will my baby turn? I can't get into the positions that are supposed to help baby turn because of how painful my spd is. Any suggestions? I am a bit scared of a c sec but if that's what I have to do so be it. I mostly hate not knowing what is going to happen from here.

They may be able to turn the baby during labor...but I'm not positive. It may turn out you do have a c-section and that's the worst. I've never had one so I can't advise on it.

Don't worry though it will work itself out. Just keep thinking the worst that can happen is that you DO have to have the c-section. You just want a healthy baby.

Good luck and keep us posted.
